1. Bexar County Executive Order NW-10 requires that all employees or visitors must wear face coverings when in an area or performing an activity that will necessarily involve close contact or proximity to co-workers or the public where six feet of separation is not feasible.  Accordingly, all employees, visitors and/or vendors must wear face masks when in any common areas.

  2. We will continue to perform daily enhanced cleaning of high touch and high traffic areas in the office. The high traffic areas include door handles, restrooms, tables, chairs, and other frequently touched surfaces in the common areas.

  3. We will comply with CDC guidelines if we become aware of a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19 in the office.

  4. To reduce the risk of exposure and contamination, Barkhurst & Hinojosa requests that if possible, all client meetings be either via telephonic or video conference where applicable. If an in-person meeting is required, we ask that the Client wear protective face coverings for the protection of the Client and our employees. If the Client shows systems of COVID-19, we ask that the Client immediately inform us so alternate meeting arrangements can be made.If the Client suspects that they are infected or were exposed to COVID-19, we ask that they immediately informed us so that we can take the proper steps to test our employees the Client may have come in contact with.

  5. If an employee exhibits any COVID-19 symptoms, we will require that they stay home for the required time period suggested by the CDC.

  6. We will keep all employees and Clients apprised of any material changes to our guidelines and practices related to the above.  The safety of our employees and clients is of the upmost importance to us and we will continue to abide by any guidelines that are mandated by governmental entities with relevant jurisdiction as we continue to get through this pandemic.

  7. We reserve the right to adjust the above practices.

Please remain safe.  Barkhurst & Hinojosa encourages anyone who is feeling sick, is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, has potentially been exposed to COVID-19, or has a sick family member to stay home and follow the guidelines of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and state and local authorities.
